I have the pleasure of knowing Danielle both personally and professionally, and she is an absolute gem. Not only is she an incredibly talented photographer with a keen eye for capturing raw, natural beauty, but she is also a passionate businesswoman who pours her heart into her work.

Danielle recently shot a stunning maternity series for my brand, NICO Underwear, and her ability to create an atmosphere of ease and confidence truly stood out. Her attention to detail, artistic vision, and deep understanding of storytelling through imagery make her an exceptional photographer.

Beyond her craft, Danielle is warm, driven, and dedicated to uplifting others - whether it’s through her photography or in the way she supports and connects with those in her community. She balances creativity and business acumen seamlessly, making her an inspiration to work with.

She approaches every project, big or small, with a level of commitment that goes far beyond just getting the job done. No matter the challenge, Danielle is there, giving her absolute all.

What truly sets Danielle apart are the values she brings to her work: integrity, creativity, and an unwavering drive to push boundaries. She makes those around her feel empowered and unstoppable, it’s hard not to be inspired when you’re working alongside someone so passionate and purpose-driven.

Personally, Danielle has inspired me to embrace my own ambition and drive as a career-focused woman. Her impact goes beyond the lens, it’s in the way she shows up, lifts others, and constantly strives for excellence.

Danielle doesn’t just “do the job”,she elevates it. She brings a unique energy and focus to every shoot, and her attention to detail is unmatched. Danielle Busuttil

From humble beginnings on a farm in Gippsland to building multiple purpose-driven businesses.

Growing up picking potatoes for pocket money, I learned early that hard work, grit, and a strong sense of purpose are the foundation of success. Those values still shape everything I do today, both as an entrepreneur and as a mother to three incredible girls.

Now based in the coastal town of Mount Martha, I’m passionate about building businesses that matter, brands that serve, connect, and give back. Since 2013 when my first daughter was born, I’ve nurtured Danielle B Photography, a boutique portrait studio that’s become known for its warm, authentic storytelling. I’ve captured hundreds of families through my lens, always with the goal of preserving connection, emotion, and real-life beauty.

But my entrepreneurial spirit was never meant to stay in just one lane.

In 2025, I became co-owner of Peekapoo, a bold, sustainable toilet paper brand made from 100% FSC-certified bamboo. Quickly after becoming a co-owner I partnered with Ovarian Cancer Australia to give back with every roll. It’s a business rooted in environmental and social impact, proving that even the most everyday products can drive extraordinary change.

Alongside my experience as a qualified nurse & midwife, I’ve spent years working alongside women during their most transformative moments. That grounding in empathy, care, and strength deeply informs the way I build brands. Whether I’m investing in a product, launching a campaign, or mentoring someone just starting out, it’s always about people first.

As I step further into the world of entrepreneurship and investment, my mission is simple: to create, support, and scale businesses that lead with heart and leave a legacy. I’m drawn to ideas that are brave, ethical, and future-focused. Businesses that solve real problems and make real impact.

And just like I tell my daughters, your story is your power. Start where you are, stay true to your values, and don’t be afraid to take up space.
